The starting point

MOMO has been on Ripa di Porta Ticinese, along the Naviglio Grande, since 2010. It has a terrace, happy hour every day, and customers who keep coming back. What it didn't have was a way for someone who didn't know it yet to find it: in a neighborhood where thousands of people search every night for somewhere to have a drink, MOMO depended on already having been recommended.

The starting point

Dr. Vega is a surgeon who graduated with honors from the Universidad Nacional de Tucumán, with a fellowship in Bariatric and Metabolic Surgery and an approach built around staying with the patient from diagnosis through recovery. That track record and that way of practicing had no site to show it: nobody searching for a general or bariatric surgeon in San Miguel de Tucumán could find him if they didn't already know him.
