For plumbers, electricians, locksmiths and technicians

Be found when something breaks. And make sure requests don’t get lost while you’re working.

Your work has two sides. Outside: what someone with a water leak or no power sees when they search “plumber near me” or “electrician in Caballito”: at that moment they call the first one they trust. Inside: what happens when that person writes to you and you’re up a ladder: who answers, how long it takes and whether the request gets written down somewhere. We read them together.

What happens to a home-service business.

You do good work, but you don’t show up on Google. You have no profile, or it has an address that doesn’t apply, without the areas where you work and with no photos of finished jobs. Someone else shows up on the map.

Trust is decided in the reviews. Before letting someone into their home, people read reviews. If you have few or nobody answers them, they pick the one with more.

WhatsApp reaches you when your hands are busy. “How much do you charge to replace a water heater?”, “can you come today?”, “do you work in Ramos Mejía?”. If you don’t reply right away, the customer has already written to someone else.

The schedule is in your head. Visits noted on your phone, quotes nobody followed up, and if you have helpers, each one knows a part.

Near me

Your area, on the map.

If you don’t work from a shop, the profile is set up as a service-area business: without showing your home address and with the areas or neighborhoods where you really work. Someone with an emergency searches “plumber near me” on their phone, and whoever is close and has a complete profile shows up.

Your Google Business Profile, set up properly for home-service work

If you don’t work from a shop, the profile is set up as a service-area business: without showing your home address and with the areas or neighborhoods where you really work. We review the 7 factors (categories, reviews, photos, opening hours, keywords, name-address-phone and posts) and leave it complete: the right category (plumber, electrician, locksmith, gas fitter), the services you do, photos of real jobs and hours that tell the truth (if you don’t take night emergencies, it doesn’t say 24 hours).

Google Maps “near me”: showing up in your areas

Someone with an emergency searches “plumber near me”, “24-hour locksmith” or “electrician at home in CABA”, almost always from their phone. We work on your profile and your website for those searches, with a clear page per service and per area when needed: “plumber in Nueva Córdoba” is not the same as “plumber in Villa Carlos Paz”.

Google reviews: trust before opening the door

We help you ask for the review at the right moment, when you finish a job and the customer is happy (with a message or a QR code, with no incentives, which Google doesn’t allow), and answer the ones that arrive, negative ones too, without arguing.

Getting AI assistants to name you

More and more people ask ChatGPT or Google’s AI mode “which locksmith can I trust in Belgrano?”. AI assistants answer with what they find on your website, your profile, your reviews and directories. If your details say the same thing everywhere, it’s easier for them to take you into account.

Inside

So growing doesn’t make a mess.

  • Requests and quotes on WhatsApp, with an assistant if the volume justifies it

When people write to you while you’re working, an AI assistant (what many people call a “WhatsApp bot”) replies right away: it asks what the problem is, asks for a photo if needed, collects the address and the time that suits them, and leaves the request ready for you to confirm and send the quote. It also answers what repeats: the areas where you work, opening hours, payment methods. When there’s an emergency or something it doesn’t know, it alerts you. It doesn’t give prices on its own: you give the quote.

If few customers write to you each day, you don’t need it: tidying up WhatsApp Business and quick replies is enough. In the audit we tell you what makes sense. It already runs at businesses we work with; we don’t show them because they asked us to keep it private. WhatsApp automation with AI →

  • Visit schedule

Every confirmed request ends up in a schedule, with address, time and what to bring, and the customer gets a reminder before the visit. Fewer wasted trips because nobody was home.

  • Management system, for when you have a team

If you have helpers, several crews or do work for building administrations and companies, we build the system you’re missing: who goes where, quotes and their follow-up, materials, payments and a dashboard to see how the month is going. And if you already use a system, we first check whether it can be connected rather than replaced. Systems →

From request to schedule

So no request gets lost.

  1. They write while you’re working

An assistant replies right away and asks what the problem is.

  2. It collects the details

A photo if needed, the address and the time that suits them.

  3. You confirm and send the quote

The assistant doesn’t give prices on its own: you give the quote.

  4. It lands in your visit schedule

With address, time and a reminder for the customer.

Where we work.

With plumbers, electricians, gas fitters, locksmiths and technicians in Buenos Aires (CABA and Greater Buenos Aires), Córdoba (city and Villa Carlos Paz) and Santa Fe (Rosario and Santa Fe city). In home services, competition plays out by area: showing up for “electrician in Caballito” is not the same as for “electrician in North Zone”, nor “plumber in Nueva Córdoba” the same as “plumber in Fisherton”. That’s why the audit looks at the 3 who compete with you in your areas, not the whole city. We work 100% online: it doesn’t matter whether you work in CABA, in Greater Buenos Aires, in Córdoba or in Rosario.

How we start

First we look. Then we propose.

  1. Free audit

We look at your Google Business Profile, your website (if you have one), your reviews and 3 competitors in your areas. If you like, also how you receive WhatsApp requests today.

    Free
  2. Written report within 48 hours

What’s holding you back, what people search for when they need your service and which messages can be taken off your plate. It’s yours even if you don’t continue.

  3. Written proposal

What we do, in what order and what it costs. We start with what holds you back most, whether it’s outside or inside.

FAQ

What home-service professionals ask us.

I don’t have a shop. Can I have a Google Business Profile?

Yes. If you go to the customer’s home, Google lets you set up the profile as a service-area business: your address isn’t shown and you add the areas where you work. What you can’t do is invent a shop that doesn’t exist.

Do you guarantee I’ll show up first when someone searches “plumber near me”?

No. Nobody can guarantee a position on Google or in AI assistants. What we do is leave your profile, your website and your details complete and consistent, and show you every month how you’re doing.

Do I need a website?

Not always. For many home-service businesses, the first thing is the Google Business Profile and the reviews. A website of your own helps when you want to show up by service and by area, or explain bigger jobs. We look at it in the audit.

Does the WhatsApp assistant give quotes?

No. It collects the details of the job (what’s wrong, photos, address and time) and leaves them ready. You give the price.

I work alone. Is a WhatsApp assistant worth it for me?

It depends on how many messages you get. If it’s few, tidying up WhatsApp Business is enough. If you lose requests because you can’t get to answer, then it makes sense. We’ll tell you honestly in the audit.

How much does it cost?

We don’t have packages. After the free audit we send you a written proposal, with scope and price, before we start. No lock-in: the monthly support is paid month by month.

Do you work in my city?

We work 100% online with home-service professionals in Buenos Aires (CABA and Greater Buenos Aires), Córdoba and Santa Fe. For the audit we don’t need to meet.

Shall we look at how people find you?

Google Business Profile, website, reviews, 3 competitors in your areas and, if you like, how you receive WhatsApp requests today. It reaches you in writing within 48 hours, with no commitment.
